Description
Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Develop product test solutions for High Performance Analog integrated circuits. This includes developing test methodologies, defining test schematic, layout and hardware, test program development, debug, correlation and transfer to manufacturing site. Test solutions to be developed in C++ program language using Eagle Test System automated test equipment. Candidate will advise on "design for testability", provide test throughput enhancements, and identify and eliminate tester limited yield issues when appropriate. Interface with manufacturing as required. Participation on New Product Development Team required and evaluate new test systems for future applications.

Required Skills/Coursework Desired: BSEE, BSET or higher required. Knowledge of analog/digital devices and C/C++ programming a must. Experience with Eagle and Teradyne A5XX test systems preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Cadence tools desired. Unix operating system knowledge and lab experience with bench top instrumentation also recommended. Statistical analysis capability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.df-tc
