Required Skills/Knowledge:
Understand complex software systems. Design and develop cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting software and systems based on requirements. Develop effective testing approaches and author test plans. Develop test procedures in accordance with program objectives and contractual requirements. Understanding of test coverage and tractability. Good written and verbal communication skills. Individual seeking to be an active and collaborative member of development team.

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with enterprise applications on J2EE. Familiarity with GUI-based testing. Familiarity with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). Familiarity with iterative development processes including RUP & Scrum.

Understanding of the following tools:
Configuration management tools (eg: ClearCase, Subversion, CVS, etc), Issue reporting tools (eg: ClearQuest, Bugzilla), Requirements tools (specifically ReqPro; also DOORS), Test Automation tools (eg: Rational Robot).

Basic Qualifications: BSCS preferred but not required 5 to 12 years of professional work experience

Required Clearance:
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Willing to accept a TS/SCI with CI Scope Polygraph

Required Skills:
Active Top Secret Clearance Required SCI Access with ISSA Lifestyle Polygraph Required.
