Clearance:
Minimum Security Clearance Requirement:
Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI). Successful candidate will be required to acquire an NSA clearance.

Company is looking for a TS/SCI cleared Test Lead. The position is a Full time position in Annapolis Junction, MD that will require little travel. Qualified candidates should have at least five years of experience testing software and three years of building test plans.

Candidates must have:
Experience designing a testing solution. Knowledge of automated testing suites. Strong background of software development methodologies.

Some programming and Scripting experience is also desired though not mandatory.

This is a fast-moving environment where we must release our product to users within days. Use of automated tools to help find regression errors is necessary to meet our mission. The Test Lead will be responsible for defining and guiding the test, release, and deployment process and working closely with the development team to ensure that the software is designed in a testable manner.

Career Level: Mid Level Career (5 years experience).

Required Skills:
Active Top Secret Clearance SCI Access with CI Polygraph Required.
