Description
Trasys, LLC, recently ranked #165 in the Inc 500 is currently seeking a Trasys, LLC, is currently a Test Manager in downtown Cincinnati.


Experience:
5 - 10 years of technical (more preferred), hands-on experience in software development, and/or software maintenance and management.
Skills:
Experience with Mercury testing tools (TestDirector, QuicktestPro and/or WinRunner and LoadRunner) a must.
Must be able to write test cases and test procedures from requirements.
Must have Automation experience.
Must have managed User Acceptance Testing cycles
Must have successfully managed testing projects
Uses formal procedures to create scripts.
Insurance background a plus.
Finance background a big plus.
Problem solver with a positive attitude and ability to interact with their team and the different teams on the project.
Solid communication skills.
Strong self-starter balanced with desire to achieve team goals.
Needs to be able to be an ambassador for the testing organization
Planning of testing scope with projects of various sizes


Operates independently to:
Hands on Test Manager by managing the testing process and by helping out were the project needs him/her.
Communication of test results, risks, progress, etc
Understand, and promote testing practices and disciplines with all stakeholders on projects.
Help enforce/implement testing procedures and guidelines.
Understand all cycles of testing (requirements, manual, functional automation and stress and scale testing
