Project Details:

The resource will perform, with participation from the customer SMEs, an integrated testing process for the final Informix migration.

This process must be coordinated between the server, database, network and storage administrators, as well as the application groups, from DT4, LabLink, Stat Runner/Lab Monitor, and Data Conduit.

The following procedure will be used to accomplish this task:

Build Test Environment including:

Install instances of HP Quick Test Pro and HP Load Runner.

Execute a comprehensive CT Informix Database test plan that includes the following.

Execution of automated test scripts for functional and performance testing.

Work with the customer to set up a test environment for use by testers during the test process.

Supervise client acceptance testing after final migration is complete.

- Execute functional tests

- Stage test plan scripts and data

- Execute Copy services tests

- Execute Performance test plans

- Acceptance testing

- Document test results

The functional and technical tester must have at least 1 year solid HP LoadRunner experience in a Windows or UNIX environment.

Develop and execute test scripts.
