Test Technician (5 Openings)

Job Description
System validations/support/test, Set up, configure, and test prototype systems and software, Perform specified test plans, Perform functional tests and analyze newly developed systems to ensure operation and reliability, Assemble and disassemble prototype systems as necessary, Track prototypes throughout the development test cycle, Research and learn new technologies and procedures to remain current with industry standards and new products, Assist other technicians in completing assigned tasks, Set up and calibrate electronic test equipment and maintain in working condition.
Required Technical Skills
Basic firmware experience
DOS framework experience
WWAN, WLAN, Wimax, wi-fi very helpful but not required.
MCSE, A++, MCP, CCNA big plus
Experience on how to setup different Mail Accounts, Examples are a POP account, Exchange, GroupWise.
The ability to automate software sequences via batch file (pipe, conditions, if/or, etc), powershell in Windows, and Shell Scripting in Linux
Linux OS familiarity
Blackberry or Smartphone experience
PDA experience
Game testing experience especially on the server side
Power management familiarity
Portables experience
