Essential Functions:

Test requirements and specification
Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases
Create/maintain datasets
Create and execute automation scripts
Isolate defects and enter software defect reports
Continual review and improvement of testing process and implementation
Status reporting
Excellent written and verbal skills a must


Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
4+ years direct applicable experience
Advanced understanding of software testing techniques and methods
Testing experience in Web environments, .Net a plus
Test automation script development skills (experience w/QTP a plus)
Organizational and time management skills and attention to detail a must
Experience testing C++, Java, XML applications and basic knowledge of at least one programming language
Oracle experience
