Description
Efforts will include developing and understanding the standards that will allow meaningful comparisons among different systems and technologies. Develop, promulgate, and monitor the effective application of these standards. Develop processes to assess test results of competing technologies so that test results can provide meaningful data to determine which systems are more effective. Interoperability factors are also key. Ultimately develop the test requirements and specifications that define long term systems. Advises department management of unique test requirements and complex test programs. Provides guidance to department personnel on test procedure development, test conduct and report generation. Performs complex test operations to meet program requirements. Prepares program schedules and budgets in support of program requirements.

Experience/Skills
Must have previous experience in a Dod Test Enviornment. Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., BSEE, BS Computer Science, Physics) with an advanced degree desired.
Secret clearance must be active
