Description
High Point, NC firm has immediate opening for a Testing and Certification Engineer. This position is responsible for developing and administering data systems, sampling processes and testing protocols that assure that all products meet all regulatory standards. Candidate will be responsible for the day to day testing of products to assure products are fully compliant with both state and federal standards. This person will maintain a corporate-wide systematic process that assures that compliance is maintained throughout all production at all manufacturing locations. This person will also oversees a data system and certification process that allows for problems to be efficiently contained and resolved. In addition the position is responsible for running the daily operations of our R&D FR-testing lab and also the development of new FR-testing procedures as required by our product development efforts, and support our Marketing claims. The FR-testing lab also supports R & D and Purchasing in the qualification of new FR-materials, the development of physical specifications and the auditing of vendor compliance.

Requirements:
