Thermal Test Engineer

For this position, you will bring your experience as a Thermal Test Engineer to this world-renowned software company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing testing to qualify system and component level cooling solutions (fans, heatsinks, heatpipes, heatsink retention mechanisms, thermal interface material, thermal gap pads)
  
• Performing testing on test vehicles (Thermal Load Boards, Golden Thermal Units, EV, DV builds, retail units)
  
• Traveling locally to test laboratories to conduct testing
  
• Creating test vehicles following established procedures
  
• Writing and filing detailed test reports
  
• Presenting test data in appropriate formats to address the needs of different audiences
  
• Participating in meetings to present test data
  
• Participating in the training of suppliers (to enable them to perform comparison performance testing for parts and materials)
  
• Performing testing and parts modification

• 1+ years related work experience
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (with an emphasis on heat transfer and fluid mechanics)
  
• Willingness to travel on occasion
