3-6 Month Contract Position
No telecommuting; work hours 8-5 or 9-6
Rates Vary: $60 - $80/hour W-2, Corp-2-Corp or 1099

LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED, but client is willing to 'entertain' hiring a very strong candidate via the telephone - with a 2-4 week guarantee.

Client will NOT pay for travel expenses for any travel for face-to-face interview or starting the project if an offer is made!! = NO EXCEPTIONS !!

Responsibilities include EAI technical leadership, And hands-on implementation of EAI solutions to support central and cross-functional EAI projects while ensuring that all EAI work meets corporate standards. Additionally responsible for EAI capacity management and performance tuning to ensure that EAI performance targets Are met or exceeded. This group also does some programming and cross Training.

The team is called: EAI competence center.

EAI is the middleware and they are working on some big projects. The client needs 2 contractors to back fill 2 people from his team. Phone interviews/ Technical.

* Excellent hands-on development skills with the TIBCO EAI product suite.
* Must be proficient in, JMS, XML (XSD Schema),WebServices, Java, Web Servers, TIBCO BusinessWorks, and TIBCO Adaptors

Required Experience Architectural level exp. is very helpful!
Must understand the big picture.
Able to take control of the project and run with it.
Doing weekly reports/meetings to bring manager up to speed.
Must be able to get project done without managers attention all of the time.

Good cross functional communication skills. * Hands-on TIBCO V- 5.0 EAI development experience: minimum of 3 years
* Hands-on JMS development experience, for messaging protocol: minimum of 2 years
* Hands-on TIBCO BusinessWorks experience: minimum of 1 year
* Hands-on programming experience: minimum of 5 years
* Technical leadership experience: minimum of 2 years
* Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional development teams.
* Demonstrated success in capacity management and performance tuning of TIBCO EAI solutions.
* Demonstrated full lifecycle development success with TIBCO EAI projects, one of which utilizing TIBCO Installation exp with enterprise wide.
