Do you have proven Information Technology-related help desk experience, and want an opportunity to work in an environment where your hard work will lead to opportunities for advancement into hands-on Desktop Support work? Here it is!Our client has an immediate need for a Tier 1 Help Desk technician to serve as a first line of support for internal customers. The main responsibilities of this position will include troubleshooting via telephone of common user computer issues, such as password resets, user lockouts, e-mail support, network access requests, new user set up, etc. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users are critical to success in this position, and 1+ year of experience with trouble-ticket software, strong documentation skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly and retain information are required.
