Tier 1 Support Operator
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: potential 1 year contract to hire


Position description: Participates as a member of the Network Operations team as a Live Site Tier 1 Support Operator. This position supports our 24x7 live site support infrastructure. Monitors company live site systems for failures. Manages and triages multiple incident cases within NOC incident tracking systems. Communicates on critical live site issues with both internal and external partners.
Position requirements: Internet or computer related call center experience preferred. Some experience in troubleshooting software, networking, IIS preferred.
