Description

Network Support Engineer for a advanced services VoIP group.
Support telecom managed data/voice services which include VPN, MIS, MRS, IPT, VoIP, etc.  This work is for a  tier 3 group that provides support for both tier 1 and 2. Responsible for providing trouble ticket resolution, diagnosis and repair of complex network issues, technical guidance to other organizations, and tracking of customer tickets. Role covers multiple service lines on a global scale.


The role requires good customer facing skills and will require contact with both tier support organizations as well as external clients. Candidates will have a deep understanding of various networking technologies.


At least 3 years of experience is required with customer service, TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, routing and swithcing protocols, and VOIP.
