Demonstrated strong and effective Customer Care and desk-side support skills and experience.
Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written & verbal
Proven strong and effective team player.
Must be willing to work flexible hours and provide support to local facilities.
Demonstrated skills in providing technical, operations, and training support to
users of company personal computers either on-site or virtually on desktop
hardware and software packages for PC.
Demonstrated hardware diagnostic/troubleshooting skill and experience coordinating multiple service providers and vendors to effect repairs.
Demonstrated skills in installing and testing personal computers, printers, and
other peripherals.
Demonstrated skill in hardware and software testing, evaluation and analysis
