Description
The successful applicant will be a member of a Tier III Problem Management team. The responsibilities will include problem identification through incident report analysis, root cause analysis of problems, resolution/solution to correct problems and tier III technical support to the Service Desk. In addition, this position will require performing a wide variety of tasks with respect to computer hardware, software, networks, and user accounts. The candidate must be able to hit the road running. Ability to work independently on diverse problems, team oriented and leadership potential, excellent oral communication skills and a passion for technology.

Requires a Bachelors of Science degree or equivalent and 8-10 years of related experience.

Specific Skills Required:
* MCSE Certification or equivalent experience.
* Operating Systems: Windows 2003, Widows 2000, Windows XP
* Microsoft IT Skills: AD Management, AD Domain and Trusts, AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, DFS, IP Address Management, Local and Domain Security Policies and Group Policy.
* Non Microsoft IT Skills: Relational Database Applications, Veritas Backup and Restoration Operations, Analyzing Trend Data and future applications not yet determined by client.
