Customer Support Representatives will provide assistance with device set up, basic trouble shooting (Tier 1) and answer customers’ commonly asked questions about Apple's most desired and revolutionary cell phone in today’s market.
The CSR’s primary responsibility is ensuring customer satisfaction is always met. Other responsibilities include:
· demonstrating empathy while assisting with set up, trouble shooting and usage concerns for the most desired, revolutionary cell phone on the market today;
· escalating issues appropriately and effectively communicate among team members;
· writing comprehensible customer information to share with team so similar inquires are answered best;
· providing opinion on draft manuals and pre-released products to identify possible usage issues; and
· recognizing methods appropriate to avoid recurring customer concerns.
Qualified candidates will possess:
· A high school diploma/GED; college experience preferred
· Previous exposure to a customer service environment
· Impressive computer expertise and technically savvy
· Excellent communication and writing skills
· Flexible personality for a fast-paced work environment
