Tools Programmer Analyst – Los Angeles, CA (Job # 130423)If you are interested in working for an exciting, challenging, gaming organization – then this is the place for you! Your Role:• Writing, testing and troubleshooting code for tools to support both desktop and next generation consoles. • Tools may include: asset creation pipeline, game play creation pipeline, database query, internal profilers, system scripting, data logging • Ability to quickly write clear, concise, legible, portable, reliable, and manageable code.

Experience/Skills
Requirements:• At least 2 years programming experience in C++ (is a must) • Background in PC Gaming, 3D linear algebra • Solid time management skills and the ability to work independently.• Ability to meet deadlines effectively and efficiently. • Ability to utilize several different scripting languages and how to pick the correct one for the current project. • Solid oral and written communication skills. • Possess a great team-player, positive attitude. • Must be legally authorized or able to obtain legal authorization to work in the US. • BSCS or equivalent experience in engineering, physics or math. Nice To Have:• Experience with Agile development methods • Working knowledge: Flash/ActionScript/Flex, Lua, SQL, Maya/Melscript • Familiarity with Windows Server 2003 / Linux • Knowledge of system tools suitable for an MMO would be beneficialPays up to $90K/yr.
