*Minimum of 3 years experience in project/traffic coordination in an agency environment
*Leadership skills, including the ability to tackle project objectives on schedule and under budget, interpreting issues before they become problems, and resolving unanticipated project issues effectively and independently
*Solid communication and organizational skills
*Energy, enthusiasm and detail orientation to produce high quality work
*College Degree preferred
*Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe CS3 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiency
*Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work
