Successful candidate for this position will need to have the following experience:

* Proven experience in instructional design and classroom instruction

* Experience in e learning development tools (such as Captivate)

* Database query & reporting experience a must

* Business Intelligence experience a plus

* Ability to learn quickly

* Must have strong communication skills

Job Description:

: Facilitate technical hands-on classroom training programs for end users of varying backgrounds and abilities

: Interact with all levels of business management to conduct training needs analysis and build course curriculum for complex projects with minimal supervision and tight deadlines

: Work closely with management to coordinate project timelines

: Work independently to design, write, illustrate, build, and maintain high-end courseware using various training methods (Classroom or web based CBT)

: Develop and conduct training assessment to measure course effectiveness

: Coordinate and schedule training classes

: Provide help desk backup support

: Maintain course enrollment and help desk call tracking information

: Provide second level help desk problem resolution

: Work closely with help desk and developers in evaluating user identified issues or problems that may require system or procedure changes

: Assist in the development of help desk knowledge database of recurring issues and resolutions

: Provide training and support for less experienced trainers

: Assist in the development and documenting of policies and procedures

Experience/Skills
Any candidates considered will need to be able to work directly with AJILON on a salary or hourly W2 basis.

No vendor or third party candidates will be accepted for this position. This position has a potential Right To Hire option by the client.

Successful candidate should be have minimum of 5 years experience as a hands Trainer with instructional design and classroom instruction experience.
