Company specializing in integrated processing and administration of healthcare programs, value-added services such as eBusiness tools, product development, education and consulting that improve performance and customer satisfaction, and provide selling support to help Plans acquire and retain customers is seeking a Training Coordinator.

- Ability to assess needs, and present recommendations to peers and management personnel.
- Experience in product deployment/product life cycle process/software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate product features, functions and benefits.
- Proactive and well organized.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project).

Other Knowledge/Experience:
- Healthcare (HMO, POS, PPO)
- Knowledge of Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans nationwide.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree (a degree in Instructional Design, or Organizational Development preferred)
