CDI IT Solutions is currently looking for a Training Facilitator to join our team; if you are looking for a great opportunity join CDI today.

Job Overview/Details:
Provide training to internal Technology resources.

Training will encompass our ticketing tool, time tracking tool, process information related to Demand Management and Service Delivery.

These tools include Clarify and Mercury IT Governance Center.


Skills:
Qualified/Certified Training Instructor.

Training and Process Documentation Experience.

Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint and Word.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Clarify, and ITG a plus.

Detailed Oriented.

Able to take direction well and positively respond to feedback.
