Training Specialist

No h1s or subs. Come and work for a global company that is, virtually, recession proof! Full-time, Training Specialist , with our billion dollar client in Denver. $60-70K base + benefits + job security + relocation package.

REQUIRED:
. US/Canadian Citizenship or Green card or EAD
* Four year degree
* 4-6 years training in a corporate environment
* Strong technical writing skills (but this is NOT a tech writer job!)
* Able to travel up to 30%
* Able to move to Denver

DUTIES:
. Use Instructional Design methodologies to assess, design, and deliver sound learning strategies, documentation, and evaluation

. Conducting training needs analyses, designing and developing the process and role-based training modules

. Coordinating the configuration and customization of SAP training modules as needed for individual plants and plant positions

. Evaluating trainers to guarantee they are prepared to deliver effective training in support of internal processes

. Collaborate with technical team to determine appropriate course content and meet all project milestones and deadlines
