One of the leading telecom companies in the Washington, DC area has an immediate need for a full time Tivoli Storage Manager Administrator.

The candidate will support the infrastructure team with the growth of the business as part of a dedicated backup and storage administration group.

Required:
. 5 years of experience as a TSM Administrator working in environments supporting mission critical applications with proven involvement in operations requiring for stringent uptime service levels
. Team player with strong technical and problem solving, and user support skills.
. Proficient in the configuration and management of IBM TSM backup/restore server and clients including required in depth experience with large TSM databases running in an AIX production environment supporting heterogeneous which include AIX, SUN, Linux, and Windows 2003 clients
. Strong debugging skills and good communications skills
. Strong experience including setup and management of IBM 3584 class tape libraries, IBM/Brocade SAN switches, and TSM TDP
. TSM certification
. Background in UNIX and Windows is needed in addition to the required TSM experience
