Description
This team member will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects including: overseeing and performing a variety of tasks, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, coordinating communications, monitoring task completion, and preparing status reports for both the respective project teams as well as management. This position relies on project management experience and judgment to plan and accomplish these goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM: At least 2 years experience in direct project management activities and familiarity with a variety of the project management concepts, practices and procedures including the PMI methodology. Candidate should also possess the following: a high degree of creativity and organizational ability, strong leadership and judgment, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a confident, professional demeanor with the ability to present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner. Must be proficient in applications for creating spreadsheets, financial charts, and word documents (prefer Microsoft Excel and Word) and have experience working with timelines and project plans in Microsoft Project. A Bachelors degree or equivalent project management work experience.

PREFERRED: Experience working on technical projects in the Financial industry, a project management information system, and/or Trust projects. PMI certification and familiarity with Six Sigma quality concepts a plus.
