UI Designer - Graphic Designer - Graphics Programmer - UI Developer - UI Programmer - RIA - CSS

Are up a UI Developer or Designer or Graphic Designer who can shape our Web design standards and create mock-ups in the development of bleeding-edge, interactive 3-tier Web based applications? If so, read on.

What you will be doing:

- Defining Web design standards
- Define Web UI across our range of software products
- Translate business requirements into high quality mock-ups with graphic elements
- Translate design charter and mock-ups into standards-based HTML and reusable CSS, for handover to Java development team
- Develop solutions to cross-browser compatibility issues
- Develop themes and skins to provide customer-specific UI branding

What you need:

- 5+ years Web UI design experience
- Expert in Web UI technologies (HTML, XHTML, CSS, absolute/relative positioning layouts, adaptive to screen resolution)
- Cross-browser technologies and HTML validation
- Proficiency using Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver/Fireworks, Firebug
- Excellent fundamental graphic design and Web design skills including presentation, layout, composition, color, and readability
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing or managing user interface development standards for medium to large scale Web applications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Graphic Design, etc.)
