Description
Install, maintain, and support all UNIX and Linux servers that support the company. Perform both physical and data related maintenance on Unix and Linux servers. Contribute to team activities related to hardware/software upgrades and patches. Support new applications on these platforms. Shares 24 X 7 duty pager responsibilities with other team members.

o Unix System administrator for Solaris and Red Hat Linux servers
o Experience with support tools such as: Veritas Netbackup, Apache, JumpStart, KickStart, Veritas volume manager
o Experience with open source software packages C++, Java and Oracle experience is a plus
o Should have Bourne, Perl, and Korn scripting experience
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within the organization

Should have 3 - 5 years of System Admin experience in a corporate environment.
