Description
Needs someone who can manager over 4 techs.
Will be trouble shooting with customers over the phone as well as ordering parts and/or sending service techs out for repairs. Needs someone who is detail orientated. LOTS of reports, needs phenomenal Excel skills. Previous experience dispatching techs would be preferred. They take about 200 calls per day as a whole and 50% of all issues can be fixed without sending out techs. They are given all the tools to walk the customer thru their issues.df-tc
