Roles and Responsibilities:
Part of a 2-member production support team supporting a set of UNIX-ORACLE-PL/SQL based applications. A Java based application will also be added in a couple of months time. The role involves receiving calls from the users and performing the required fixes on the applications.

Pagers and Cell-phones are the modes of getting the user calls. The support is required on a 24x7 basis. The primary support and the secondary support person interchange their roles every week.
