Description
This person will perform integral 1st level support in a Unix and Windows environment.

Monitor multiple systems for performance issues and system failures.

Most have abililty to take corrective action to restore applications and failed systems.

Work with multiple internal departments to ensure restoration of hosted services.

Must also be able to report outages, document events, perform installations of O/S and applications.

Experience/Skills
Strong Unix Operating system skills. Working Knowlege of Basic Networking and TCP/IP.

Knowledge of subnet masking, IP addressing, routing, multicastin network topology.

Ability to work in a sophisticated technical environment.
