Purpose and function of job:

We're looking for a highly organized and methodical producer with experience working with a range of interactive web projects. Candidates should have experience managing website development projects and organizing customer requests.

As part of the User Experience team work on multiple interactive projects, day-to-day, maintenance of existing experiences, and communications around the production process; design, development and maintenance of web content supporting the development, implementation and deployment of websites, banners, including creative brief and asset gathering. Collaborate with internal team members and vendors to stay on project budget, scope and schedule; reporting this information as needed.
This position reports to the UX Delivery manager. The projects will typically include web design, development, copywriting and e-commerce so you will ideally have experience within these areas.

Principle Accountabilities:
1. Create production schedules and distribute weekly status reports

2. Plan, coordinate, and direct the operational activities of the User Experience team

3.Manage relationships with agencies and other external partners/vendors related to delivery of work products and integration into GMAC’s web properties

4.Accountable for overseeing the workflow of creative projects from initial stages through production and delivery

5.Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and project resources are juggled as priorities shift6.Various other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills requirements:Type of prior related experience:

This individual should have a successful track record project delivery and a minimum of 3-5 years in traffic management, project or program management.

Education and certification requirements:

Education level:
Required: Bachelor Degree. Minimum: 3-5 years experience .

Delivery Management 70%2. Vendor Management 20%3. Administrative 10%

Technical Capabilities & Department Specific Accountabilities:Identify, recommend, implement, and support innovative, accessible, cost-effective solutions for all GMAC web properties. Partner across related disciplines including IA/ID/Usability, content management, web application development and vendor managed solutions. Related skills include

• Strong understanding of Web Design, Development, and Internet/Intranet/CMS systems
• Delivering digital projects to time and budget
• Briefing design and technical teams
• Creating proposals and cost estimates
• Take responsibility for solving problems and foreseeing issues before they arise
• Preferred outsourcing experience (experience of offshore outsourcing would be beneficial)
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
