This position requires a seasoned professional. Successful candidate will handle the customer experience and change integration facets of complex projects and will direct the activities of other team members, SME's and contractors. Typical Job Duties: The person in this position will establish, plan, design and direct the implement of the user interface design for new credit risk management applications, design and implement common user interface standards, system usability guidelines, design guidelines, GUI prototypes, HTML page design (non-interactive) and management following consistent JP Morgan Chase project methodologies.

Key Competencies: Provide customer experience coach/player role for each project team. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish meeting the business' usabililty requirements.

Must be: Usability professional; have experience with information architecture; experienced project management professional; seasoned operations professional. The candidate should have strong creative experience, leadership experience, and very strong people management skills. The candidate should have proven excellent verbal and written communication skills and be skilled at multi-tasking and facilitating decisions. Proficient at html, visio, MS Project, MS Work, MS Excel, and the preferred JP Morgan Chase WYSIWYG tools.df-tc


Experience/Skills
At least +4 years experience with the Internet and/or Internet-related projects; minimum of three years project management; previous people management experience preferred; excellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple project and/or tasks. Proven facilitation skills; ability to assess, commit to and meet scheduled deadlines; must possess excellent computer skills (including working knowledge of Visio, Photoshop, FrontPage and project management tools). Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills are essential. Works under minimum direction and uses independent judgment in decision-making. Master's degree in business, operations or computer science required (or comparable work experience).
