Description
International law firm is looking for an experienced technical support manager to join their technical team. The User Support Services Manager will be responsible for supervising training and support specialists; including application support, training and troubleshooting. The manager will also refine current standards for training, procedures for determining training needs and a curriculum to meet firm needs, maintain troubleshooting and escalation procedures, analyze support tickets and more. Experience/Skills
Requirements include prior experience leading a help desk operation and prior experience implementing and managing training programs. Prior experience in the legal industry highly preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree highly preferred but not required.
