Description
Incredible opportunity in Downtown Los Angeles for a User Support Specialist/Software Trainer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing classroom and task-based software training as well as providing extensive Help Desk support, troubleshooting for users. In addition to these duties, the Software Trainer/User Support Specialist provides primary Help Desk and troubleshooting telephone support. The position consists of telephone support when not providing training to our users. Works closely with the Network Engineering, Hardware Support and Technology Training Teams.
Requirements: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, document management systems, computer hardware functions, PC operation and a range of software applications; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; patience and flexibility. Ability to work independently as well as under direction and the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent ability to transfer knowledge in an efficient, pleasant and effective way; ability to troubleshoot and resolve application problems; willingness to work under pressure and a willingness to learn new programs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.df-tc
