Position: ASP / Visual Basic / Web Developer

One(1) immediate opening available for ASP developer with strong database and application development skills. Growing Web Development department of major corporation has immediate openings for skilled ASP developers to develop ASP.Net / SQL-based Intranet applications using Microsoft technologies, including Windows 2000 Server, SQL Server 2000, IIS 6.0, and Visual Studio .Net 2003 (primarily C#). Work in a casual, relaxed setting. You'll have access to state-of-the-art hardware and development tools while working with other highly skilled developers in a leading edge Microsoft environment.

Requirements: 1+ years ASP.Net & HTML (Web-database integration preferred); 1+ years of SQL exp (ADO.Net); 1+ yrs of C# .Net (database app experience preferred); formal training in Computer Science (B.S. or Microsoft Certification preferred).

Preferences: 2+ years of C# .Net; 1+ years of MS SQL Server 2000; XML/SGML; ActiveX/COM component development; User Interface design; scripting (Visual Basic Script, JavaScript); graphic design; electronic commerce, Experience with level III Credit card processing and Point of Sale systems.

Non-tech Skills: Excellent communication skills (including technical writing); quick learner; self-starter (initiative will be rewarded); ability to work well in a structured team environment; dedication to staying current in Web development technologies.
