Technical Skills:
Required (minimum 3-5 years of solid experience with all of the following)
. Visual Basic 6.0
. ASP
. COM+
. IIS
. MS-SQL Server (or other Relational DBs)
. Client/Server Development
. NT/Windows 2000
. Experience in developing and maintaining medium to large applications in a multi-tiered, multi-site environment

Highly Desired (minimum of 2-4 years of experience with at least 2 of the following)
. Sheridan Data Widgets
. Visual Studio / Visual Source Safe
. Crystal Reports
. SQL Server 2000 - DTS
. Other OLAP Tools/Technologies

Other Critical Qualifications that will weigh heavily:
. 3 - 5 years of solid Development and Support Experience in an Enterprise Production Environment, which included utilization of formalized procedures/methodologies for Testing, Code Reviews, Documentation, Production Rollout, etc.
. Solid Interaction Skills and experience working with users on various activities such as Requirements Definition, Problem Research/Resolution, etc.
. Team Player
. Flexible
. Self-starter who is creative and can take the initiative to find ways to solve problems independent of outside assistance.
