Position Description: Jr. Developer Reports VBA

About servicer and Investor Reporting (SIR):
Servicer and Investor Reporting Phase is a large-scale, high-performance transaction mortgage and loan processing system and will be used to support several Trillion Dollars in volume. The application is being developed using proven technologies, including PL/SQL, Oracle, Ab-Initio and Java in complex combinations following established and proven methodologies and practices for the development of large scale technology systems. The purpose is to replace the Legacy platform for processing mortgages in cash business line. The project team will deliver this work in a manner that is transparent to fannie maes customers, while adhering to aggressive timelines and goals to assure a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

About the Team:
The Development Services team is responsible for coordinating all planning and release management activity across the SIR, IR2, and Asset Servicing projects. This includes the strategic and detailed plan tracking, release management, metrics, reporting, and project coordination.

About the Position:
Automate existing reports that are being generated manually or that are already partially automated. Create new reports by pulling data from various sources and automating them

Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
Detail Oriented.
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, Word, Project).
SQL skills.
Strong Analytical Skills.
IT education or Background.
Good communication skills (Oral/Written).
Microsoft VBA programming and Scripting.

Nice to have Skills:
Information Sciences and Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems ~ graduate preferred, intern or student acceptable
Experience with Crystal Reports strongly desired.
Project Management fundamentals

Qualification Rating: FNMA
Company Default Category 1-2 years software development experience. 1 Yrs. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Yes Experience in Change Management tools. 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert) Professional certification(s) desired. Yes Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 3 (Moderately Strong) of 5 (Expert).df-tc
