Description
Very successful and growing firm has an immediate need for an intermediate and a senior level VB.NET developer.
Responsibilities: These positions will provide development, maintenance and administration support for proprietary software solution. Develop and maintain VB.net, ASP.net solutions, SQL Server constructs and work with departments to enhance overall system operation.
Candidate will be responsible for contributing to a variety of project objectives including, but not limited to, design, prototyping, 3rd party application integration, etc. Candidate will work as part of an internal team and will provide timely maintenance support on assigned applications as well as be integral in the architecture and design of new functionality / applications. Must be a confident and secure in their knowledge of the technologies required for the position. Candidate must have a “take ownership for a solution” attitude towards development – not just “code to spec”. Position requires interaction with application users and requires excellent communication skills.

Experience/Skills
Must have: VB.Net development experience, Strong Microsoft SQL, stored procedures. XML.
Nice to have: ASP.Net development experience, Enterprise Installshield, QA and Crystal Report work experience and Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) a plus. Microsoft certification.
