VMware Delivery Engineer - VCP

Go-to VMware Partner has a current need for 2 VMware Certified Professionals (VCP's) for Solutions/Systems Engineering roles in Annapolis, MD.

If you are a VMware Delivery Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Systems Engineer with strong experience implementing ESX 3.5 & 4.0, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- A current VMware Certified Professional certification (VCP) is a MUST
- At least 3+ years of experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services engineer or consultant
- Strong experience installing, configuring and managing VMware ESX 3.5
- Strong expertise in VMware Virtual Center 2.5
- 5 to 8+ years relevant experience in Infrastructure and System Administration
- At least several years experience in infrastructure architecture and design of complex distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and application partitioning
- Solid practical Linux and Windows systems administration skills


What you'll be doing:

- Combination of Enterprise Engineering for client VMware projects (with a focus on the Delivery side).
- Utilizing both your technical and project management experience to lead teams through project completion
