Vice President, Carrier Operations
Job Id - 70.03.05 V

DESCRIPTION:

Work independently and directly to coordinate the activities of the Operations, Professional Services, Customer Care and IT departments for a software engineering company.

Oversee teams responsible for installation, testing and maintenance of operating systems; deployment of services, including pricing, project plans and custom software development work; and IT infrastructure.

Manage relationships, provide project pricing, estimate and maintain profitability. As part of the Executive Team, formulate, define and administer company strategies, goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

** Master's in Business, CS or related field plus five years experience in the job offered or five years experience in engineering management.

** Education or experience background must include:
o broad wireless operations - includes experience in Operations, Professional Services, Customer Care and IT
o GSM & wireless technologies
o contract negotiations & management
o budgeting
** Some international travel required.
