Our client is seeking a VP of Investor Reporting for a direct-hire position in Fort Worth, TX.

Overview:
Oversees and directs the daily functions associated with the Investor Reporting unit. Responsible for achieving the goals and objectives relative to accurate, efficient, and timely preparation and reporting of financial data to our Investors. Investors include but are not limited to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Morgan Stanley as well as other investors including life insurance companies, real estate trusts and securities firms that provide mortgage financing.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting of cutoff data to our investors. Ensures compliance with all applicable internal policies and external regulatory requirements governing investor activities. Provide regular status updates to senior management regarding departmental operations. Ensure all investor relationships are managed professionally ensuring contractual reporting standards are met within PSA requirements and internal standards for performance. Coordinate responses to investor, agency and legal inquiries/issues with Investor Relations executive to ensure appropriate responses and timeliness. Develop and communicate departmental SMART goals; ensure goals are appropriately delegated to all team members; monitor ongoing performance against established goals. Responsible for the timely completion and report out of Sarbanes Oxley audit program requirements. Work with senior management to develop departmental budget; communicate budget guidelines to management team and monitor performance. Accountable for implementing change management within department. Mentor, train and provide leadership to department managers with a focus on career and professional growth of management team. Assist SVP of unit with management of corporate goals and objectives related to request from parent company. Actively participate in committees and global initiatives to ensure Investor Reporting department is appropriate represented in all decision making. Must maintain and update an annual business strategies document for presentation to Senior management, outline goals and objectives to be achieved over the next 24 month period.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage a team of subordinate officers and/or managers, along with their direct reports.

Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is preferred.

Work Experience:
7-10 years mortgage banking experience. 4 years' significant management experience in a senior leadership role. Recent knowledge and work experience on MSP servicing system a plus

Computer Software Skills:
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of MSP in an Investor Reporting environment preferred
