VP - M.I.S. DFW, TX
Responsible to integrate legacy systems of acquisitions. Roll the Legacy into the current systems,mapping, etc. Ideal candidate came up thru the ranks with 8 years of programming then the natural progression from there. Well rounded is also ideal b/c they will be working with infrastructure, App Dev, and System integration.
Someone with Insurance or Health Care in their background.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to meet complex business needs.
- Strong conceptual, analytical and decision making skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understand business requirements and translate into architectural deliverables.
- Manage multiple priorities, follow a project plan and meet project deliverables.
- Adapt to other working styles, organize, lead, and influence others.
- Work individually or in a team environment.
- Handle multiple priorities.
- Exercise sound judgment.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Application development, with extensive experience in system integration, system implementation and architectural components
- Experience with XML and Web Services
- Product design or Product management experience
- Database design experience
- Solid understanding of hardware and communication system interactions
