VP, Multiplatform Planning and Scheduling

This VP will be the primary liaison between Scheduling and Digital Media, Current Series Programming, Affiliate Relations, Sales, News, ESPN and Research for all multi-platform and non-Primetime scheduling for all ABC Primetime series. Most importantly, this position will be responsible for working with all these departments to develop future programming / windowing strategies as ABC/Disney continues to expand the reach of our programming. This position will report directly to the EVP, ABC Entertainment.

Education: BA
Work Experience: 10+ years

Technical Skills: 7-10 years television programming experience with 3-5 years of success as a Primetime network professional. Knowledge of affiliate sales, On-Air promotion, network programming and scheduling, and digital media.

Non-Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple internal client and external customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decisions. Demonstrated success in initiating change and motivate innovation and creativity. Displays excellent, clear and dynamic communications skills?oral, written and presentation. A flexible mindset that thrives in and enjoys the challenges of rapid change and ambiguity.
