Nexidia is looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team to fill the following open position:

VP of Product Management

Nexidia is looking for an experienced, hand-on Product Manager to manage the short and long term strategy for Nexidia's Enterprise Speech Intelligence family of products. This includes developing, prioritizing and managing, product requirements and working closely with Engineering to bring new products/features to market. Responsibilities include translating customer needs into new features and services through written product requirements specifications, managing products throughout their life cycle, from strategic definition to end of life planning and in defining cross product line strategies.

The selected candidate must be able to think creatively about how to apply Nexidia's technology to solve customer problems and to establish and defend short-term and long-term product goals and strategies collaboratively within the leadership team.

Required skills and experience include:
Minimum 10 years of progressive Enterprise Software Product Management experience with a proven leadership track record
Demonstrable successful experience bringing software products to market competitively and quickly.
Excellent team and technical leadership skills and creative problem solving skills
Proven experience working with software products through the entire life cycle to include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with software development and marketing to deliver winning products. Experience must include close interaction with technical and engineering teams.
Demonstrable experience and understanding of Call Centers, Enterprise Call Center Technology and the challenges faced in the Call Center world is crucial to this role. Experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence is a plus.
Experience working in a small, faced paced, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial software company is required.
The ideal candidate should lean more towards the Technical/Feature-Function side vs. Marketing side of Product Management yet still be able to creatively and practically apply innovation in how value is brought to Nexidia's customers through breakthrough speech technology.
Ability to multitask and reprioritize based on business needs

All candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team oriented environment. College degree required.df-tc
