YOU WILL MANAGE A GROUP OF NATIONWIDE SALES & SALES SERVICE PROFESSIONALS FOR A WORLDWIDE, LEADING-EDGE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES COMPANY.



THIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE F0R DIRECTING MANAGERS,AND SUPERVISORS IN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, FIELD SALES,
INSIDE SALES AND SALES SUPPORT. MUST
MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND MANAGERS ACROSS THE COMPANY
TO INSURE PROPER SENSITIVITY TO THE NEEDS OF FIELD OPERATIONS. RESPONSIBLE FOR RESOURCE ALLOCATION, INCLUDING BUDGET & PERSONNEL AS WELL AS FOR A BROAD GEOGRAPHIC REGION.



SUMMARY:

ARE YOU PREPARED to oversee a large geographic area or product/service line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives by:

-


accurately forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

-


developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth

-


providing quarterly assessments of professional services, field sales, inside sales and sales support staff's productivity

-


coordinating appropriate company resources to ensure efficient and consistent sales

-


conducting long-range studies of changes in sales and professional services strategies

Direct and develop sales account managers

=C2=B7


Establish and manage effective programs and seminars to address the following issues:

-


new account sales and field operations growth

-


enhance professional services, field sales, and inside sales revenues

-


sales of emerging products/services

-


develop proactive competitive strategies and targeted sales campaigns

-


maximize proper uses and levels of sales support

-


effectively manage sales expenses

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management.

=C2=B7


12+ years of product sales experience with 5+ years in field sales operations management.

=C2=B7


Excellent knowledge of the MARKET AND COMPETITIVE products/services and pricing practices.

=C2=B7


Effective management skills with the ability to manage a major portion of the Company's field sales operations.

=C2=B7


Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organization skills.

Present and past experience in the field of Change and Configuration Management is a plusdf-tc
