Description
REGION MANAGEMENT:

- Develop strategies designed to retain and grow EXP Signature & Premier Memberships.
- Manages the framework for consistent delivery of EXP services within region
- Manages relationship for 5 of the strategically most important accounts in region
- Participate in Regional Account Reviews and Operations Reviews with Delivery Team and Sales Executives.
- Support and participate in marketing activities or regional initiatives to promote EXP
- Complies with budgetary guidelines
- Report market conditions and IT environment issues for the region on a monthly basis, monitor the retention rate of members and work to renew membership in conjunction with Sales.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

- Lead, motivate and manage the team delivering Executive programs
- Recruit and keep an active pipeline of candidates

CONTENT:

- Facility with all EXP research (i.e, CIO and Signature), and an ability to present and lead discussions on most EXP research.
- Active participation in the research process including primary research, editing, review of content.
- Identification and development of client based Case Studies.

GROWTH:

- Work closely with Sales Leaders to influence the EXP planned growth.
- Provide single point of contact for all EXP sales support.
- Develop and deliver training products for sales that focus on EXP products and research.
- Create and maintain presentations, proposals and other collaterals to support sales.
- Participate in all sales training sessions, and other sales events.
- Create EXP Signature growth plan with Sales Specialists, Account Managers, Account Executives, Signature Delivery Program Directors and Relationship Managers
- Develop comprehensive communication plan with sales.
- Develop synergistic revenues by partnering with Sales and other companys LOBs
  • University graduate (Masters or Doctorate preferred) with a minimum of 15 years experience working as a CIO or a senior management role in an IT capacity in a complex, global, mulit-billion dollar organization.

  • In-depth understanding of the IT industry and the role of the CIO (including Leadership, IT Operations Management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.).

  • Extensive and proven people management and development skills.

  • In depth understanding of the business value of IT and the alignment of Business and IT strategies

  • Critical thinking and problem solving to assess client situation and provide actionable outcome based business/technical advice and access to appropriate our companys services to support achievement of business results
  • High tolerance / evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent relationship skills including significant experience working with CXO level executives

  • Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Collaboration and team leadership.

  • Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives
  • Strong time and project management skills
