POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, eCommerce is responsible for leadership of the Company's Online team and day-to-day management of all aspects of the Company?s eCommerce business and operations.

Director, Consumer Sales and Marketing

Director, Online Care and CLM

Director, B2B eCommerce

Director, Content and Creative Services

Director, Program Management

Director, Back Office Services

Sr. Manager, Analytics and Reporting

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage the Company's Online team (total headcount approximately 200 people)

? Deliver overall channel gross add (750K/1M stretch) and net add (400K/650K stretch) goals while achieving subscriber quality and CPGA targets.

? Work with senior management on implementation of the Company?s business strategy online

? Provide regular updates to senior management on progress in implementing web initiatives and overall business results in channel

? Online marketing of the Company's products and services to consumers. Includes online advertising, search, targeted and contextual marketing, and e-mail marketing. Maximize ROI on marketing campaigns. Total 2005 online marketing budget approximately $50M.

? Online equipment pricing and promotion. Set online equipment prices and promotional calendar. Maximize volume and order quality while achieving CPGA and equipment incentive cost goals. Coordinate with corporate equipment marketing and supply chain teams. Work with handset manufacturers on joint promotion and partnership opportunities.

? Responsible of all aspects of online store and consumer buy flow including functionality, merchandising, look and feel/user interface, etc.

? Work with segment marketing teams on implementation of online segment marketing programs

? Work with corporate product marketing teams on online marketing and sale of products and features to both new and existing customers

? Identify, develop, and implement innovative partnerships to expand the Company?s online presence

? Work with customer service teams on implementation of world class online account management and self-care tools that increase customer satisfaction and decrease customer services costs by offloading calls from customer service centers

? Work with corporate CLM on implementation of online marketing and sales campaigns to existing Company customers

? Work with business markets group to develop sales and marketing campaigns in support of BMG subscriber acquisition goals

? Work with business markets groups on development and implementation of online account management and self-care tools for both end users and telecom managers to support cost savings through call offload from BMG call centers

? Lead all online sales and marketing programs for small business customers

? Lead team providing customer support to B2B customer in maintenance of dedicated extranet sites for online ordering and account management. Work with BMG sales force and customer care teams to troubleshoot all issues

? Responsible for information design, information architecture, and overall usability of all the Company's web sites

? Responsible for visual design and look and feel for all the Company's web sites

? Responsible for copy and content for all the Company's web sites

? Responsible for all aspects of technology and web development on the web including architecture and security, program and project management, development, quality assurance, release, ongoing production support, and sustainment

? Work with corporate IT on linkages between web and back office systems

? Lead click-to-chat team and sales support group

? Responsible for back office and fulfillment of all online orders

Candidate Must Have :
