JOB DESCRIPTION
General Information:
Start: ASAP
Size of Team: 50
Direct Reports: 5
Position reports to: Senior VP

Required:
BS or Masters in Computer Science
12+ years IT experience (most of that management)
Excellent communication skills

Job Description:
This is a management role, no hands on
Job is on the IT side, rather than the business side
Managing managers experience
Manage multiple teams, multiple projects
Manage of development, rather than QA
Methodologies - Develop Life Cycle
Must be able to deal with upper management
Must have technical background
Will participate in design reviews
10-20% Travel
