Vice President or Director of Hospital Revenue Cycle

- Do you have 5 years VP or Director level revenue cycle management experience in a hospital environment? If so, read on!

We are an established and growing healthcare organization. Due to our growth we are looking to add an experienced VP of Revenue Cycle. We need a Vice President that has strong experience with overall management experience of revenue cycle functions in hospitals. Hospital experience is required for this position. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle operations.

What you will be doing!

- Provide input into strategic plans, goals, objectives and budgets
- Assist with implementation plans on fiscal year basis to coincide with fiscal year sales plans
- Evaluate and direct efforts of Analysts to improve revenue cycle initiatives
- Maintain professional development and growth through professional affiliations, seminars and workshops
- Ensure confidentiality with regards to Health Center business and patients
- Establish professional contact and positive public relations with physicians' offices, patients, patients' families, insurance companies and other agencies as a representative of the Health Center
- Assure satisfaction among customer groups with the quality and amount of support provided

What you need to have!

- 5 Director or VP level management experience in hospital revenue cycle functions
- 5 years recent hospital revenue cycle experience
- Demonstrated competency in working in teams and ability to effectively communicate with all levels
- Demonstrated leadership in creating and implementing new processes
- Computer literate
- Above average use of Excel Spreadsheets
