We are seeking a seasoned VP of Professional Services for a fast growing IT Solutions & Services company based in Ontario, CA.

A proven track record of building and growing a professional services organization with a background of leading or managing projects and consultative sales experience.
Capable of managing a department P&L.
Create and foster partner relationships.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and high performance driven culture.
Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership, solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits.
Hands on business leader who understands the details and enjoys working directly with customers to articulate and improve the value-proposition of our services, as well as the creation and expansion of revenue-related opportunities.
A business person, who understands top and bottom-line success, engages in financially responsible transactions that profit both customers and the company.
Collaborate with VP of Sales & executive management to develop strategic and tactical plans and drive solutions & services sales.
Formalize and professionalize the department without sacrificing the speed and flexibility of the current organization.
The ability to work with C Level relationships and contacts. The right candidate has built this network over a period of time, creating significant trust and confidence with those business leaders.
Build multi-tiered relationships with both current and prospective customers to enhance their use of our solutions and services.
Demonstrated high level of credibility with customers, internal management and external industry.
Motivated by building people, establishing processes, and leading by example.
Ability to coach, mentor, inspire and grow the department.
Track record of developing and managing F500 strategic accounts.
Experience in developing innovative and effective compensation plans.
Strong leader and manager who is both collaborative and assertive.
Participate in formulation and implementation of company strategy.
Good listener, communicator and facilitator who is equally at ease with customers, management and employees.
Strong business instincts, keen analytical skills, good coordination and management ability, build relationships easily and possess excellent communication skills.
